The Ratchet and Clank and Jak and Daxter series both made amazing games, and helped the PS2 become one of the most iconic consoles to date. Jak X is one of the best racing games on the PS2. It's a Jak, (birth name Mar), is the titular main protagonist of the Jak and Daxter series. He was playable for almost the whole series (the sole exception is Daxter where he needed to be rescued.) Over the course of the series, Jak had gone over changes in hair style, physical size and structure, and often has a drive for action and he is often there when the world needs him the most. With the Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy* (Open World Platformer [one of the first]) Jak 3. Jak X (Racing action [Part of the Jak and Daxter series]) GTA: San Andreas * (Sandbox Action-adventure) Tekken 5 (Fighting) Crash Twinsanity (Platformer [better than Wrath of Cortex IMO]) Shadow of the Colossus **.

Any good Jak fanfic goes in here. No Mary Sues or OOC fics allowed. Crack is accepted but will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Jak and Daxter - Rated: T

Jak & Daxter: TPL. Very good, just not as fun as the previous two imo. It's also very short and a bit too easy. Daxter: one of the best PSP games I have ever played. It's not a bad game, it just can't compete with the previous ones imo, but good nonetheless. Jak and Daxter: Lost Frontier. I'm gonna be honest here: this game is an odd one.

i7 4770k, 3.5GHz. 16GB RAM. Nvidia GeForce GTX 770. I've tried running Jak 1 and Jak 3, soon to be Jak 2. All of them I can half fix. I haven't tried on Jak 1, but I know on Jak 3 I can fix 1 issue or the other, but not both. Basically, eyes are bugged, colours (specifically hair) are terrible, and the shadows are bugged.

Jak changes notably as a character over the course of the series. During The Precursor Legacy, he is presented as brave and curious, willing to step into dangerous situations given the need. The most notable feature of his personality, in the beginning, was his apparent mutism. In Jak II, he breaks away from his mutism, and after being subject to dark eco treatments for two years at the hands
Daxter was made by a third party, but was accepted because it kept the spirit alive. The lost Frontier kept the same game play (mostly), but changed everything else. It seems like they said "jak and daxter is popular, let's take that and apply it to this pirate themed game so it boosts sales!". They got rid of the established cast of characters

The Precursor alphabet is a substitution cipher written by Naughty Dog Inc. for use in the Jak and Daxter series. It appears to have deep Precursor origins as it is used in almost every Precursor artifact in the series, as well as common signs, posters, and other game elements. Although it is not the earliest of Precursor forms, as shown by the dark satellite in Jak 3, which displayed a cipher
Honestly, J&D:TPL is one of the mostintimate games I've played. Puts you really at ground level with Jak, riding shoulder to shoulder with Daxter. Only Kingdom Hearts (the series' opening title) is in that neighborhood, and it's follow-on games pull back your POV, kinda like Jak II. If you can find a copy of Okage: Shadow King, it's good times. Jak 2 gave us a GTA-style open world city to explore, while The Lost Frontier mixes in Starfox-style aerial combat. The results are polished and impressive. With tight controls, convincing combat Please R&R! Jak & Daxter: The Precursor Legacy amazed gamers and critics back in 2001 with its seamless hub of platforming districts and villages, and it remains impressive today. Good 7 / 10. Scoring Policy
Keira is an adopted daughter of Samos. Samos and Jak traveled back and Samos met a woman with a daughter and the mother passed away between their arrival and the beginning of TPL. It's never really explained but we can guess Young Jak met Kiera after he got sent to the past. No, Jak II really doesn't explain this. I wish for a Jak 4/Jak remake with all my heart, man. But given ND’s success with other IP’s, it doesn’t seem likely at all. A damn shame too, Jak’s world is ripe for more story and experiences (and don’t even get me started on why Sly should still be around, such a waste of a fantastic franchise). Keira is a prominent supporting character in the Jak and Daxter series, the daughter of Samos Hagai, and Jak's primary love interest. She is perhaps best known as a talented mechanic, inventor, and racer, having ultimately invented the zoomers, designed and rebuilt a replica of the Rift Rider, and also raced in the Kras City Grand Championship. She is also a forthcoming eco sage as of The Lost
This gives enough time for Samos to find a mate (40 years is plenty) and have Keira born just 4 years before Young Jak/Mar arrives. Because Keira is 14 years old in Jak and Daxter, and Jak is 15 years old. So there you have it! This is how Keira can be born within the timespan of Young Samos and Young Jak/Mar arriving in the past.
